How To Stop Your Fear Of Public Speaking

Communication is the source of better human relationships.

How much laughter, happiness, and good memories would you like to store forever, so as to have an  excellent type of lifestyle? Of course, you will get that through good communication. Just imagine, families have good understanding, friend don’t need to quarrel frequently due to less communication and business associates having a nice talk with each one’s point of view.  


Communication are needed by everyone, so why don’t you stop that fear of speaking publicly or in groups?! Here are some of the tips:


1.      Refrain from being at ease all the time and might as well do things at the front of many people –  I just thought that its best that you go to a bar and sing in their karaoke machine. It’s better if you’re going to the bar alone, in that process you’ll be making yourself fool but these people don’t even know you. It’s an excellent exercise because reality wise you do not even do that. I intend to say that you’ll never be able to see that bunch of people once more! Yet you’re able to do it. You’ll never be able to see those people in that bar once more so what’s the matter! That should be the mind  frame necessary for you to begin with.

2.      Alter your way of thinking and you must not keep on worrying about the thoughts of people around  you – a person will never be an excellent speaker when he or she is always worried more or less on other people’s thinking. Step out of your negative thoughts and might as well give the best you can.
